Tom Doran’s journey to Mangia Pizza began right here in Rockland County. A proud graduate of Clarkstown South and Rockland BOCES in 1994, he sharpened his culinary skills at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, graduating in 1996. After gaining experience in local kitchens, Tom expanded his horizons, traveling through Europe as a chef in 2003 and absorbing the flavors, techniques, and traditions that continue to inspire his cooking today.
